Students are the ambassadors of your school to the wider world. This talk discusses ways Regents School of Austin has developed various student leadership organizations to both develop student leaders and create opportunities for buy-in and engagement with the school and other students in unique ways to improve school culture.
Students are the lifeblood of what we do — getting their buy in and support (rather than primarily their parents) can help improve student culture and experience at our schools in every area that we touch: academics, spiritual life, growth in virtue, and community (both between students as well as between students and the school).
