Randy is a follower of Christ, a husband, a father of five and a member of Christ Presbyterian Church in Knoxville, TN. He was a founding board member of Paideia Academy and still serves on the board in the school’s 22nd year. All five of his children are Paideia graduates.
A first-hand account of the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Paideia Academy’s security posture. This workshop provides an actionable roadmap for member schools including establishing a security committee, developing a philosophy and plan, coordinating with local law enforcement, training staff, creating a “father force,” and driving continuous improvement.
