Workshop Details

Completing the Trivium is a Must

Building a rhetoric school at a classical Christian school is fraught with challenges. Drawing from applied research, this session shares the principles learned and the ways to ensure that your classical Christian school not only completes the trivium, but that your school parents and students understand the incredible value of a rhetoric school education.

Benefits & Takeaways

In 2023 this workshop was standing room only. I was shocked at the interest and dialogues that occurred in the room and post conference.

Principal takeaway: Form a plan to keep your students through graduation because Rhetoric is the where the rubber meets the road for classical education.

As well as opening up the research, it will be important for the group to share their road blocks and for others to share the ways to overcome the barriers. Divulging the product- the graduate- even if you don’t have one – will be talked about and practical tips and encouragement for reaching graduation will be shared. (If selected please make sure the room is big enough! Thanks.)
